Meet Our
Pet Sitters |
|
Please call our office to arrange an initial consultation with a member of our Home Pet Care staff. Please complete the welcome packet Welcome Pack prior to your scheduled meeting with the walker/sitter. This initial consult should take anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes. During the consultation, our associate will review all the welcome packet paperwork with you to make sure everything is in order. And most importantly, they will spend time getting to know your pet(s) and discuss any questions or concerns either of you may have.
You should have 2 (two) copies of your house keys ready to provide to the walker/sitter. One will remain with your walker while the second key will be stored securely in our office for backup emergency purposes.
Once you have completed an initial consultation, you can begin making reservations for midday dog walking or pet sitting services. All reservations must be submitted to our office. In order to respect our employee's privacy and to minimize miscommunication, we ask that any and all communication go through our office. If for any reason you need to speak with your sitter directly, we will have them contact you.
When you become a client of our Pet Sitting services, you will also be provided with an after hours answering service phone number to be used in case of an emergency, because we realize that flights can be cancelled and plans changed often after office hours are over. So if your return home is delayed for some reason, or your plans otherwise change, the answering service will get messages to both Best Friends Managers, who will see to it that your pet is cared for until you return home.
Please review our Rates and Details below for more details.
